1o. Princess Abby

Princess Abby is a Chihuahua dog with oddly-twisted hind legs, a curved spine, and a perpetually-squinting left eye, is the most recent. She is winner of the World’s Ugliest Dog competition in northern California in the year 2010. Princess Abby’s owner had found the 4 year-old dog from the Humane Society with fleas and ticks.
